Part II gives information about the properties of tetrahedrally bonded semiconducting elements and compounds. Parts III —V cover further groups of semiconducting elements, binary and ternary compounds, respectively.

The main objective of this book is to provide the reader with all the important parameters which characterise the above-mentioned semiconductors.
