I listened to him give tempe talk about a book he had just published, “The Three Rays of Witchcraft” and I thought: With the huge buzz brewing, one has to wonder: The Path of An American Traditionalist.

If you decide to pick up and read crhistopher book, please do so with the above notes in mind. Very nice introduction to NON wicca related spiritual paths! Inner Temple focuses completely on mental practices of the Craft and it really works nicely to have an extremely detailed book about one area instead of a small focus on lots of areas.
That aside, it’s a nice read for those looking to brush up on their basics and meditation skills.
A general criticism of Penczak’s Temple of Witchcraft series is that he spends far too many opening chapters presenting history lessons.

The Forbidden Nature of Witchcraft: Although having no real interest in teaching formally, Christopher received a message during a meditation in to start teaching more and begin writing. He later focused on the healing arts, completing training as a Reiki Master Teacher in the Usui-Tibetan and Shamballa traditions and certification as a flower essence consultant and herbalist.
Def give it a try, you won’t be disappointed with his material. But the absolute best chapter in this entire book is the one discussing the Inner Temple. March 1, Imprint: The author uses the following terms interchangeably: Had Christopher Penczak’s brilliant works been published decades ago, I would not have struggled at all in exploring, learning and living my path!
As with everything relating to witchcraft and the occult, I tell others to read with discerning eyes. Nothing is left “to the imagination”.

Penczak, regardless of how scholarly he is as a human being, has a style of writing that allows everyone from the complete novice to the adept to grasp his theories and concepts so that the reader may incorporate his teachings into their practice.
